Instruction
1
Unlock the keyboard of your phone, if you use the blocking function. The procedure depends on the model phone you are using, the prompt normally appears on the display after pressing any key.
2
Press " + " (plus). Wait until this symbol appears on the display. If after a few seconds this does not happen, push it again.
3
If desired, use an alternative version of the international format. While in Russia it is a combination of digits 810. Use plus the fact that by default it will provide the international format of numbers, no matter what country you go and whatever numbers you may not know, nor were this option in it.
4
Dial the country code you want to call. For example, the code of Ukraine - 38, UK - 44, etc.
5
Type the area code or mobile operator called foreign subscriber. Most often it is a combination of three digits, but may be more than four, five, and in some rare cases six.
6
Dial the number of the called subscriber. Usually it consists of seven digits. General rule: the fewer digits in the area code or mobile operator, the greater their number. The total number of digits in the combination, including code, and telephone number, in most cases, is ten.
7
After dialing the last digit, press the call key and wait for connection.
8
Dial the local operator, if you use a call card IP-telephony (this allows you to save money on international and long distance calls).
9
Follow the voice prompts, waiting for the connection, or the directions on the map. Most often you must enter the code shown on the card, then you can contact the telephone operator or on your own to get the necessary foreign number using the keypad of your phone. In the second case, the procedure is the same as described in steps 4 - 8: typically, you need to dial the country code, city and phone number, in some cases you will also need the figures indicating the international nature of the call.
