Ingredients for omelette:
- 2 eggs;
- 4 tbsp sour cream;
- 1 handful of hard cheese;
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions;
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs;
- sunflower oil;
- salt.
Ingredients for the filling:
- 1-2 tbsp sour cream;
- 150 g of chicken;
- tomato;
- ½ Red onion;
- hard cheese;
- a handful of chopped green onions;
- 1 tbsp soy sauce;
- 5-10 cherry tomatoes (for serving)
- couple sprigs of dill (for filing).
Preparation:
- Eggs to drive them into a bowl, they pour in sour cream, add salt and breadcrumbs. All whisk until smooth.
- Hard cheese rubbed on a fine grater. Greens onions wash and finely chop with a knife.
- In a frying pan to pour sunflower oil and carefully heat it.
- In oil, pour egg mixture, quickly sprinkle cheese and chopped herbs, then fry one side, then flip the wide blades and fry the other side. Then the fire off, leaving the omelette in the pan.
- Chicken to pre-cook, cool, cut into slices and fry. If chicken is not, it can be replaced by any meat product or meat that is at hand.
- Half onion cut into small cubes. Tomato peel and cut into slices.
- Scrambled eggs liberally with sour cream.
- In the center of the omelet with one strip of onion along with chicken. On top of the meat evenly place the tomato wedges.
- Stuffing to lubricate soy sauce using a silicone brush.
- The omelet tightly rolled into a roll so that the filling remained in one strip inside the roll.
- An omelet roll stuffed with fry from all possible sides, then move to the dish, sprinkle with cheese and herbs.
- Serve, garnished with cherry tomatoes and optional sprigs of dill.
