You will need
  • - access to the portal;
  • - driver's license;
  • - certificate of vehicle registration.

Go to the new version of the portal, which is located at https://beta.gosuslugi.ru. Enter your username and password. They match the ones you use to login to the old version of the site.

Select "traffic Fines" and click "Check fines." Here you will be asked to fill out an application in electronic form. It should contain your full name, driver's license number, vehicle number and the vehicle registration certificate. After that is activated by the button "to Find the fines."

Within a few minutes, the system will process your request. In the absence of crime you should see the message "this request violations are found." If when filling out the form will be identified inconsistencies (e.g., incorrect number of certificate), the system will inform you about the reasons of refusal from the provision of services.

In the presence of unpaid fines, you will be offered the opportunity to print a receipt, or proceed to payment. Should also be given information not only about the amount of the fine, but the description of violations that resulted in penalties, its date, time and place of Commission. On the website you specify and number of the minutes, which recorded the violation.

To pay traffic fines in your personal account using the credit card or QIWI-wallet. To do this in the section "Calculation" and select "My accounts" and click "Update".
