Any professional athlete lives by a specific schedule, to be always in good company and to optimally prepare for competition. The mode is dependent on the athlete and sport, which he does. For clarity, we consider the schedule of a football player, and then examine at what time the human body is most ready for serious loads.

Training camp



Any professional soccer player, is familiar with this concept, as the pull-in fees. This means that after returning from holidays will have to gain physical fitness and to lay the Foundation for physical and functional training for the whole next season.

Usually you have to go to another country where the prevailing warm climate, there is a nice grassy fields, fine cuisine and service at the highest level. Such trips usually last two weeks and are held 2-3 times.

During the pull-in fees players can offer two or three training sessions that last for a couple of hours. Here is a typical day in training camp for a player:

7:00 – Wake up, Breakfast;
8:00-9:30 - light jog, exercising in the gym;
9:30-11:00 – tactical training;
11:00-12:30 – work on the field with the ball, technique;
12:30-13:00 – lunch;
13:00 -16:00 – personal time, sleep;
16:00-17:00 – team meeting, tea party;
17:00-18:30 – pre-game training – playing soccer with teammates in the account.
18:30-19:30 – sauna, steam bath, massage;
19:30-20:00 dinner;
20:00-23:00 – free time;
23:00 – lights out.

This is the approximate order of the day. Every coach has his own perspective on the training process. Most importantly, the players in these days laid the base, which would be enough for all upcoming games.

Games and everyday life



After the start of the season the players are changing the order of the day. The day before the game, often collected on the basis of the team to dismantle the game of the rival to conduct tactical training directly in the field. Some teams practiced overnight the whole team on the basis of team building.

Watch physical activity



The human body is very interestingly arranged. It depends on the lunar cycle and the movement of the Sun. So we all are practically the same biological clock. On this basis, build a daily routine of every athlete-professional.

So, from 6:00 to 12:00 a person shows a high mental activity. During this time it is to train chess players, conduct light training, tactical training hockey players, football players, basketball players and so on.

From 12:00 to 18:00 man exhibits enhanced physical activity. At this time it is advisable to shock workout.

18:00 – 21:00 manifest creativity. I want to read, chat, have a little fun. That's why some trainers offer athletes a light workout in the form of entertaining games that are different from the usual.

It turns out that from 12:00 to 18:00 you can spend even two training sessions, with a break for lunch and a little rest. That is what athletes.
