While preparing the documents to tender the most important thing - to write a competitive application. It should be taken into account the requirements of the tender documentation relating to the quality and performance of purchasing works. The tender documents are drawn up according to the "Law on state procurement" and "Rules of implementation of government procurements".

It is served in written form in a sealed envelope or in electronic form. The envelope should indicate the name of the competition (lot) on which you are applying. In the bid should reflect the name of the company, information about its legal form, details, contact numbers.

In addition, the application shall include:

- extract from the unified state register of legal entities (original or notarized copy); it should be done no earlier than 6 months from the date of announcement of the tender;
- copies of constituent documents;
- suggestions on quality of work and the contract;
- documents confirming qualification of the participant.

After submission of all applications, the competition Commission makes their assessment and select the most optimal offer. For the consideration of applications within 10 days from the moment of signing the Protocol. In the case of consideration of order worth over 50 million rubles, the period may be delayed up to 30 days.

When selecting a contractor, the Commission takes into account the price of the proposed contract, qualifications of bidder, quality assurance, deadlines, availability of technological equipment, production capacity, labour and financial resources. The use of other criteria in the tender is not allowed.

The winner is the participant who offered the best conditions of execution of the contract.
