Roast seeds in a frying pan. Pumpkin seeds rinse with running cold water and place on a heated pan with a thick bottom.

Fry the seeds stirring constantly on low heat for 15-20 minutes. After the seeds are thoroughly dry, stirring occasionally try them on, so they don't burn.

Toasted sunflower seeds and leave in the pan to cool them down.

During preparation you can make sunflower seeds lightly salt when they are still wet. You can also add a little vegetable oil.

When roasting in the oven, put the seeds in a pan with a thin layer.

Preheat the oven to 140-150 degrees and place the baking sheet in the oven.

Fry for 20-30 minutes, periodically taking out and stirring the seeds.
