Measure out the amount of starch. Pour water into it at room temperature. Stir the mass thoroughly breaking lumps. Starch is not soluble in water, you should get a homogeneous suspension of starch particles in the water — starch suspension.

Pour into prepared starch mass of the boiling water, continuously stirring in one direction, spinning the mass of the funnel, to avoid lumps.Follow the density of the mixture — the finished paste should have the consistency of thick jelly and to be transparent. Note that when the cooling mass of the paste thickens.

Can, conversely, to pour in the water stir starch in boiling water, rapidly stirring the mass. The starch should have a good brew. Better if the mass is on small fire. Mix the glue, to prevent it from burning to the bottom of the pan.
