Ingredients for kebabs (4 servings):

  • 200 g fresh mushrooms;
  • 200 g heavy cream;
  • 2 tbsp. butter;

  • the soy sauce.


  1. Slice the pork into 8-12 short and thick pieces.
  2. To cleanse the kidneys and soak them in cold water for 3-4 hours. Cut into 12 pieces.
  3. Cut bacon in half and roll it around slices of sliced kidneys.

  5. Peel and slice onion into 4 pieces. Divided into layers.
