• 430 g of wheat flour;
  • 250 ml of tomato juice;
  • ½ Tsp salt;
  • sunflower oil;
  • 5 g of sugar;
  • 5 g of dry yeast;
  • 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup;
  • 1 egg yolk;
  • seeds white and black sesame.
  • 10 sausages.


  1. Tmatny juice pour into a large bowl. To it add sugar and dry yeast. All mix and leave to stand for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, sift the flour.

  5. Test balls cover with cling film and leave on the table for 10 minutes. After of film to take one ball and roll it into an oval. The edges of the oval to be cut slashes to make a "tree". The center of the cakes should be solid. In the center of the oval to squeeze a strip of tomato ketchup. On top of the ketchup to put sausage.
