Ingredients:

  • Biscuits chocolate 150 g;
  • Cottage cheese 9% fat - 400 g;
  • White chocolate 70 g;
  • Dark bitter chocolate 70 g;
  • Milk chocolate 70 g;
  • Cream 33% fat - 250 ml;
  • Whipped cream - 200 ml;
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Cinnamon stick - 1 PCs.;
  • Gelatin food - 15 g;
  • Boiling water - 70 ml;
  • Milk - 130 ml;
  • Powdered sugar -70 g

Preparation:

  1. Take chocolate chip cookies, breaking into pieces, put in blender and grind them into fine crumbs. You can also use a rolling pin to grind the cookies.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter. In the crushed biscuits, pour in the melted butter, add some grated cinnamon (on the tip of a knife) and all the ingredients mix well.
  3. Take a separable form, vystelim the bottom with parchment paper, lay out cookies, leveled and put into the fridge for 25 minutes.

  6. Whisk in a thick foam heavy cream, add 1/3 to each chocolate curd.
  7. Take out of the refrigerator form with refrigerated biscuits and assemble the cake. On biscuits to lay out the first layer with white chocolate, then milk and bitter.
