The first (On) - the blood of pioneers, hunters, emerged 30 000 years ago. Nutrition involves regular intake of meat protein.

The second (A) agricultural, decided about twenty years ago. The food combines a wide variety of vegetables and minimal meat.

The third (C) belongs to relatives of people from the nomadic tribes. Formed about ten thousand years ago. The diet is not selective, but should follow the consumption of dairy products – there is a possibility of rejection of lactose.

The fourth (AV) – the so-called "mystery", as the media appeared about a Millennium ago, combines features of the first and second groups.

Dietary for the first group fit

  • beef, lamb;
  • liver and other offal;
  • artichokes and leafy vegetables;
  • salmon, sardines, halibut, shrimp, oysters, sturgeon, perch;
  • olive oil;
  • nuts, kelp, prunes.

It is not recommended to abuse of such products as corn, beans, lettuce and cauliflower, fatty dairy products.

For diet for the second group:

  • vegetables;
  • vegetable oil;
  • cereals and cereals without gluten;
  • apricots, pineapples, plums, lemons, grapefruits;
  • cod, perch, carp, sardines, trout, mackerel.

Contraindicated in dietary consumption of dairy products, legumes, eggplant, olives, mushrooms, oranges, bananas, coconuts, melon, black tea, soda.

Diet for the third group of blood can be called the most diverse:

  • marine fish and meat;
  • products;
  • eggs;
  • the fruits and vegetables.

Undesirable use just a few products: meat, poultry, seafood, olives, nuts, lentils, alcoholic beverages.

For the fourth group of blood is not so easy to find a suitable diet that combines recommendations and taboos. Recommended:

  • soy, especially tofu;
  • dairy products;
  • caviar;
  • red wine;
  • Fig;
  • berries;
  • vegetables green.

Should be removed from the menu following products: meat, legumes, wheat, corn, buckwheat, bananas, mango, persimmon, citrus, nuts and mushrooms.

Diet for the blood group is suitable for people who seek to cleanse the body, slowly lower the weight, to avoid some genetic diseases.
