The essence of the diet is minimal consumption of carbohydrates or complete exclusion from the daily diet. Allowed protein foods and good fats. When the body does not receive carbohydrates it starts to break down the subcutaneous fat layer, take kilos and is the process of replacing fat with muscle.

The list of allowed foods for the holding of the diet:
- fresh cabbage, Brussels sprouts, kohlrabi;
is sauerkraut;
- radish;
- the zucchini;
- celery;
- cucumbers;
- greens, lettuce;
- lemons;
green bell pepper;
- boiled eggs (no more than 2 a day);
- low-fat cottage cheese, 1% yogurt, milk 100 ml per day;
- boiled fish or steamed (lean);
- boiled chicken;
meat broths (but not more than 300 g per day);
- green tea, mineral water without gas;
- mushrooms (1 per week);
- vegetable oil (as dressing for salads).

In the diet should be excluded from the diet: sugar, grains, pasta, bread, rice, potatoes. These products are the main source of carbohydrates and a rise in blood sugar after eating is very fast.

Thanks to boiled fish, chicken breast, dairy products and eggs the body will get all the necessary proteins and fats, and satiety will not give off the mode.
Per day should consume at least 1200 calories, but it is better to calculate the number of calories based on your height, weight and age. Drinking regime should include at least 2 liters of water per day, as diet water is a vital source of maintaining the body.

To keep such a diet should be 2 weeks, then gradually introduce into your diet small quantities of carbohydrate foods. After the diet is sufficient to hold a separate food and reduce your consumption of carbohydrate foods to a minimum, so as not to regain the lost weight.
