For cooking chicken liver in sour cream you will need the following products:

- chicken liver - 500 g;

- onions - 2 PCs.;

- sour cream — 4 tbsp;

- vegetable oil — for frying the liver;

- canned mushrooms or any other mushrooms - 300 g;

- salt, spices - to taste and desire.

This recipe uses mushrooms: you can take any, for example, champignons, oyster mushrooms or forest. Mushrooms rinse well, then cut into slices of medium size. Onions wash, peel and slice half rings or rings depending on the size of the bulbs.

Prepare the chicken livers: rinse it, remove all unnecessary films, then chop medium size pieces.

In a pan heat a small amount of vegetable oil, then saute the chicken livers until Golden color. After some time the contents of the pan, you must add the mushrooms and onions. Again mix all the ingredients well and cook until the mushrooms let the juice out.
