Open Adobe Photoshop, create a new document of the desired size. Specify the settings that you need: if you need a color picture, the document must support RGB color, and if not, then "Black and white". If you want to make a special background, select an option: "White", "background Color" or "Transparent".

In the generated document using the Line tool (located on the Toolbar, which is located in the left side of the screen) to create a straight horizontal line with desired length.

Select your direct on the Toolbar at the top of the screen, select menu "Filter". In the opened tab click on "Distort". There, click the "Wave".

On the opened panel change the settings in accordance with predetermined values of sine waves you need to build. Be careful, the values of Wavelenght should be the same. When you get a sine wave of the desired view, you can rotate it as needed using the tool "Edit – free transform".

Remember that the easiest way to build a sine wave using Adobe Photoshop. If you need a very accurate image, use special programs such as MathCad. Can also use MS Excel. Create a table with the necessary parameters and use the function graphing. When you get the desired sine wave, it can be saved, then imported into Adobe Photoshop and place according to your requirements.
Useful advice
Pay attention to the correct construction, if you need a very accurate image of a sine wave, then maybe it makes sense to produce and to double-check the calculations again and, for comparison, to build a sine wave on the received settings first, on paper.
