Consider the organizational structure of the company. Divide its work into functional blocks and define the levels of interaction between each unit. Note that the same question should be solved by one unit – functional unit. Only the head of the unit shall be entitled to leadership and management. The decision of those or other questions must be entrusted and charged only to those units and departments that handle it the best and optimal way. Select the hierarchy of posts in each unit.

Properly distribute responsibility for the work in each unit. Leaders must work with their staff and explain each of its goals and objectives, to get them interested in the overall result, saying it is on the ultimate goal. Assign managers to synchronize the activities of all departments to achieve common objectives.

You need to consider and develop a single information field of the company, to use its common business language and understanding of the goals of the company. Make sure that the information coming from the management of the company and heads of departments, transferred to the performers without distortion and loss. Intelligently assign tasks to your subordinates understand exactly what you want and what is required of them.

Consider the rules of interaction between departments. Each employee should be clearly understood his official functions and area of responsibility. In addition, any one of them should know what the unit for which questions are answered, so all employees of your company should be clear, to whom and on what issue he should address.
