1
The first documents the parents of a newborn receive in the maternity home immediately after the appearance of the baby born. In Russia it is exchange card of mothers, which includes information on the nursing home and the hospital where the baby was born, as well as data on the course of labor and the postpartum period, report on the state of the baby (all the essential characteristics – gender, weight, height, initial health assessment, a day of falling away of the umbilical cord and data on anti-tuberculosis vaccination). To get to the hospital documents also include card birth certificate and its annexes.
2
Well, the most important is the certificate of birth certifying documents that the mother of the baby actually is. The help describes when and where the newborn was born, what's his floor, what is the doctor responsible for the childbirth. Don't forget that this document has a limited validity of only one month, after which to repeat would be very difficult and you will need to obbegat a large number of instances. This certificate is submitted to the Registrar for further processing of the birth certificate of the baby.
3
In principle, it is considered that registration can occur in any registry office, but it is best if they will be the one that is at the place of residence. Again, according to the law of the Russian Federation, the application for registration should occur no later than a month after the baby is born. To do this, parents will need the following documents certifying the grounds for registration (hospital certificate of birth in the maternity ward, a document issued by the practitioner after childbirth and in the form provided by the statement of the people who was present at the birth, which took place not in a medical institution), the passport of the parents (if the family is incomplete, you will need only a document of the mother) and also, if you have a marriage certificate.
4
The Registrar records in the birth certificate with the name of one of the parents, and the baby's name at their request. You should remember that if the parents are married, check not necessarily the presence of both – just one of them. But if the marriage is not registered or dissolved, required the presence of both mother and father (if this information on paternity entered on the basis of compiled directly in the registry office of the deed of establishment of paternity). If paternity is not established, then information about the second parent can be written just according to his mother.
Note
Don't forget the registry office and a certificate in form No. 25 upon presentation of which in the future you will be able to benefit for the newborn. It is valid for 6 months.
