Mutton should be cut into small cubes and fry them in hot oil, sprinkle the meat with flour and stirring it, adding a little hot water. After the meat boils, it needs to be in for an hour to simmer on medium heat, then set aside to cool, collect with a spoon of melted fat and again to boil. To the boiling mixture add peeled and sauteed sliced mushrooms, sliced onions, carrots, parsley roots, crushed garlic, green beans, peas, rosemary and sliced potatoes.
