The greatest number of cholesterol 97 mg, contained in lamb in lamb fat, which mainly consists of palmitic, oleic and stearic acids. To prepare dietary dish of lamb, which will contain minimal amount of cholesterol, you need to take 160 grams of lean lamb, 4 small carrots, 6 mushrooms, 300 g small potatoes, 100 g fresh beans, 1 teaspoon of flour, a pinch of ground black pepper and 1 small onion. You will also need 2 root parsley, 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley, green peas, 1 teaspoon corn or sunflower oil, ½ cloves of garlic, ¼ litre water, salt and 1 teaspoon rosemary.

Mutton should be cut into small cubes and fry them in hot oil, sprinkle the meat with flour and stirring it, adding a little hot water. After the meat boils, it needs to be in for an hour to simmer on medium heat, then set aside to cool, collect with a spoon of melted fat and again to boil. To the boiling mixture add peeled and sauteed sliced mushrooms, sliced onions, carrots, parsley roots, crushed garlic, green beans, peas, rosemary and sliced potatoes. All the ingredients stew for 45 minutes, the finished dish sprinkle with parsley.
