- 150 ml of kefir or whey;
- 1/3 tsp. soda, slaked in vinegar;
- 1 tsp of sugar;
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds;
To start sift the flour and add the bran and flax flour. If you want you can add also the baking powder. Serum or yogurt gently reheat until warm. Then add in the fermented milk product is sugar, salt and soda, slaked vinegar. Thoroughly mix all ingredients and begin kneading the dough.
