You will need

- - wine vinegar — 3 tbsp;
- - sugar — 1 tbsp;
- mint and cilantro — 2 tbsp;
- - red chili pepper — 2 tbsp;
- - the tentacles of calamari 450 g.
Chop with a sharp knife, coriander and chilli. Mix in a bowl of medium size olive oil, vinegar, sugar, cilantro and chilies. All the ingredients mix well.
