  • - 1 tbsp. light beer;
  • - 650 grams of flour;
  • - 1 chicken egg;
  • - a pinch of salt;
  • For the choux pastry:
  • - 400 ml of water;
  • - 2 chicken eggs;
  • - 700-800 g flour;
  • To 20 ml of vegetable oil;
  • - 1/2 tsp of salt.

Heat the whey in a saucepan or small pot on medium heat and remove from heat, preventing a strong boil. Sift the flour, pour the slide in a deep container and make a well in the top of a small recess.

Boil water in a saucepan or enamelled bowl, dissolve it in vegetable oil and dissolve salt. Fill the dishes 2/3 of the flour and quickly mix everything with a whisk, to not have lumps. Add eggs and remaining flour.
