Boil mushrooms in salted water, take out, give water to drain, and mushrooms - dry. Can them instead of boiling lightly fry in sunflower oil, previously salted to taste. Lay lavash on the table, liberally grease mayonnaise on each leaf.

To cheese it was easy to grate, it should be kept in the freezer at least 30 minutes.
