Rich lavashnaya rolls with crab sticks

- 1 pellet Armenian lavash;
- 100 g crab sticks;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 70 g hard cheese;
- 3 tbsp sour cream and mayonnaise;
- 20 g dill;

Pour the eggs with water in a saucepan, place on high heat and hard boil for 8-9 minutes. Immerse them in cold water to cool, then shell and chop.
The filling will be more delicate if eggs are not just cut with a knife, and grind thoroughly with a fork or grate.

Loosen the crab sticks from the film, cut them into very small pieces, add to a bowl and fluff with fingers. Finely grate hard cheese.

Mix all prepared ingredients in a bowl and stir in chopped dill. Season the salad with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise and mix well. Try it and add salt if necessary, but not too much.

Lay lavash on the table, put in it all the stuffing and spread it across the surface of the layer of the reverse side of a tablespoon, taking care not to damage the base of the course. Leave untouched the region of 3-4 cm, to crab weight when you minimize the pellet doesn't come out.

Light lavash rolls with crab sticks, vegetables and cheese

- 1 package of Armenian lavash;
- 200 g crab sticks;
- 250 g of cream cheese;
- 2 cucumbers;
- 100 g of lettuce;
- 30 g dill;
- 100 g of natural yoghurt or low fat sour cream;
- 3-4 tbsp of mayonnaise.

If you took frozen shrimp, do not defrost them until the end, and in a semi-solid state grate on a fine grater.
Clean the cucumbers from the skin, cut them lengthwise into 2-3 pieces and chop sticks. Shred lettuce and dill and combine all green products in a bowl. Add the chopped shrimp, season with all the yogurt and mayonnaise. Do not salt a lot, because the recipe involved cheese.

Spread the leaves of the pita bread and spread cream cheese with a blunt knife. Lay on top of the cooked crab mixture, flatten it and wrap tortillas in thick rolls. Give them 15-20 minutes to lie down, and then cut off the dry ends. Cut lavashnaya sausage rolls, place them on a dish, beautifully decorate and serve.
