You will need
- - chicken breast – 2 PCs;
- - onions – 2 PCs.;
- serum fermented milk drink – 300 ml;
- - salt – 1 tbsp (without top);
- - the mixture of peppers – 1 tbsp
Chicken breast, rinse well, separate the bones from the flesh. Divide the breast into six horizontal slices, the cut run along the grain.
Onions clear of a peel, cut in half, then slice thin half-rings. Bow, shake hands, let the juice.
In a deep casserole mix chicken pieces, spices and salt. Add onion, whey, again mix well. Leave the Breasts to marinate for 3-4 hours at a temperature of 18-25 degrees. If the marinade is prepared in advance, i.e. at night, leave it in the fridge.
Prepare a charcoal grill, build the fire. Once the coals are ready, lay the slices of chicken breast on the grill or put on skewers.
Cook the meat for 13-15 minutes on each side, and the few times you need to flip. Meat during cooking, you can pour a weak vinegar solution or plain water.
