You will need
  • - almonds - 100 g
  • - quinoa - 50g
  • - sesame seeds - 50 g
  • - flax seeds - 1 tbsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • - honey - 1 tbsp
  • - sugar syrup (thick liquid ) - 4 tbsp
  • - cinnamon (to taste)
  • - cardamom (to taste)
  • - oat flakes - 4 tbsp

Prepare peanut butter. Pulverize in blandare to a paste, half of the almonds. Add 1 coffee spoon of honey and a little salt. Grind until the oil.

Rinse quinoa and mix it with sesame seeds, flax seed, oatmeal, salt, spices. Add the remaining half of the coarsely chopped almonds.

Mix in a small Cup prepared almond paste with honey and sugar syrup. Put 1 minute in the microwave.

Mix dry and wet ingredients together to a thick mass. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lay a baking paper prepared tin and put into the oven for 15 minutes. Take out from the oven and cooled. Slice thinly with a knife. Bars ready.
