You will need
  • -2 cups of dates
  • 2 cups dried cherries
  • 2 cups of almonds
  • -2 cups of dried fruit
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. On a baking sheet spread out almonds and place in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Dates are cleaned of seeds and mix together with the cherries. In a blender or mortar crush the dried fruit. To it add almonds, dates and cherries. Again carefully chop.
A baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Put a thin uniform layer of the mixture. Remove the pan in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
Your mixture should harden and form to resemble a cake. Briquettes to turn and cut into equal pieces. Your energy bar is ready!
