You will need
  • - tomatoes 7 PC
  • - garlic 1 clove,
  • - dill,
  • - green onion,
  • - tomato paste 1 tablespoon,
  • - vinegar 7% 1 tbsp,
  • - salt, pepper (to taste).
Chop tomatoes, garlic and herbs very finely, you can scroll it all through a meat grinder. Blender in this case is not suitable as a homogeneous mass, and the sauce should have a touch of pieces.
To enhance the taste adding to the resulting mass add tomato paste and vinegar. Tomato paste can be replaced with tomato juice.
Then we add in our sauce salt and pepper, which can be replaced by any universal seasoning.
In the sauce you can also add vegetable oil.
