Useful properties of ginger

This is the root of a tropical plant used to treat many illnesses in Ayurveda – the ancient Indian system of medical knowledge. Note that with care you need to eat ginger during pregnancy. It is also contraindicated in those who have diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and problems with blood pressure. Do not eat ginger and periods of exacerbation of existing chronic diseases.
