You will need
    • gelatin – 1 tbsp. spoon;
    • berries – 500 g;
    • sugar – 100 g;
    • water – 3 St;
    • molds for jellies.

Select berries for making jelly. The most delicious jelly out of blackberries, strawberries, different varieties of currant, cranberry. If you decide to make jelly of red currants, gelatin , take in two times less – it contains pectin, vegetable generouse substance. Berries sort and wash thoroughly. Allow to drain the excess water by placing them in a colander.

Soak gelatin in a glass of cold water for 1-2 hours. Dissolve it in a water bath with constant stirring, without boiling.

Part of the prepared berries for garnishing the finished jelly. Crush berries in a mortar or RUB them through a sieve. Give the released juices to settle. Pour it into a separate bowl. Berry puree pour two cups of water and put on fire. Bring to a boil, add sugar. Boil until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let berry broth to cool slightly.

Strain the broth through a linen cloth. Connect it with berry juice. At constant stirring pour in the mixture, slightly cooled gelatin solution.

Washed molds for jelly drench the inside with cold water. Put on the bottom of berries and fill them with the mixture of broth with gelatin. Put jelly in the fridge for a quicker thick.

Before serving molds with jelly dip for a few seconds in hot water. Empty contents on a dessert plate. Garnish with leaves of fresh mint.
