For the consideration of applications within 10 days from the moment of signing the Protocol. In the case of consideration of order worth over 50 million rubles, the period may be delayed up to 30 days.
When selecting a contractor, the Commission takes into account the price of the proposed contract, qualifications of bidder, quality assurance, deadlines, availability of technological equipment, production capacity, labour and financial resources. The use of other criteria in the tender is not allowed.
