Advice 1: How to cook grilled cheese

Grilled cheese is one of the national dishes of Czech cuisine. Anyone who has ever visited the Czech Republic and was introduced to a real zmagania" cheese, without a doubt, I will want to try this dish at home. Grilled cheese – a great snack to beer, but can also serve a great Breakfast.
How to cook grilled cheese
You will need
    • Any hard cheese ("Russian"
    • "Edam"
    • "Gouda").
    • Breadcrumbs.
    • 2 eggs.
    • Flour.
    • Salt.
    • Vegetable oil.

Grate the cheese into wide flat pieces with thickness of 1-1,5 cm sides, about 7-8 cm of cheese is not regulated, but one serving is traditionally served two big pieces.

Mix in a bowl the flour with the salt. It is also possible to add spices to taste. Then in a bowl break two eggs, whisk them with a fork or whisk. In a third bowl put the breadcrumbs. If you are found of breadcrumbs, they are easy to do yourself – grind in blender or coffee grinder regular bread crumbs and add to the color of saffron seasoning.

Roll each piece of cheese in flour, then dip it in egg mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs. This sequence must be repeated with each piece at least twice.

Fold the prepared slices of cheese on a plate and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.

Pour into the pan vegetable oil. Oil should be a lot (a layer not less than 1 cm), as flour, and breadcrumbs tend it to absorb. When oil is hot, fry each piece of cheese for 1-2 minutes on each side over high heat (until Golden brown). The stronger the fire, the faster you seize the crust, the lower the cheese spilled into the pan.

Serve immediately on warmed plates – grilled cheese in any case should not eat cold.
Note
Real Czech fried cheese made from grade "Hermelin". Hermelín translated from Czech – ermine. This variety is a soft fat cheese with white mold on the surface, similar to a French Camembert. Camembert type cheese can also be baked and can be served raw. It is used as a snack for beer and white wine, or as a separate dish.
Useful advice
Grilled cheese is best served with fresh vegetables (greens, tomatoes) and some kind of berry sauce, for example, cranberry or cranberry.

Grilled cheese is a great snack that can be served with tomato sauce. Fried mozzarella turns out tender inside and crispy on the outside, appealing aroma and taste.

Break the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Proteins pour in a blender, sprinkle in the flour and beat well. The mass lay in a shallow container, that was easy to dip the cheese.

Drain with cheese whey, Mozarella cut into cubes or take the cheese balls. In a pan pour oil, heat it well. Each piece dip in the protein-flour mixture, then place in the breadcrumbs and put in the pan, fry on all sides until Golden brown, place on paper towel to excess oil glass.

Prepare the sauce for grilled cheese. Rinse in cool running water the tomatoes, pour over them the boiling water, then remove the skin. Vegetables RUB on a small grater, add the tomato paste, mustard powder and balsamico vinegar, mix everything thoroughly, add salt and pepper and mix again.

Put the sauce in a small bowl, put on fire and simmer the sauce for 5 minutes. Don't forget to stir constantly. Sauce remove from heat, cool slightly and whisk blender.

Place fried cheese in breadcrumbs on a plate, sprinkle it with herbs, serve next to sauce. The food is ready!
Useful advice
Instead of mozzarella you can fry Adyghe cheese or cheese.
