The first thing to do is to decide on a specialty that you'd like to learn. After that, you must choose the very educational institution in which you will learn.

Find out what documents are required for admission. Usually this is the document about the previous education, the certificate about passing the exam, a passport application. In some Universities there is a special programme of learning, for example: for receiving the second higher education, the poor, large families, or practicing a certain amount of time. In this case, the necessary documents, confirming your right to benefits. All documents must be scanned and send to the admissions office by e-mail.

After reviewing the documents and making a decision, you should send a contract for signature. Also, the contract may bring the courier, or you should go to College. Carefully read the contract, check the presence of signatures and seals. The contract must be in 2 copies, one of which you must sign and send back.

When all the formalities are met and you took – you need to pay for a receipt and you can start training. Usually you are issued a username and password of the personal Cabinet on the website of the University, which has all the necessary training information. You have to study literature and complete assignments. All communication usually occurs in on-line or via e-mail.

After training, you are waiting for the state exam and thesis defense. In distance education this usually happens via Internet, in writing or via video conference. On the diploma you're in an educational institution, or you send it via registered mail.
