Instruction
1
Loosen the bolt "return" fuel high-pressure pump (injection pump), often a bolt is a bolt 17 on which is marked "out". However, there are other notes, so be careful. For example, on the Nissans, it's the bolt 17, and 19. Read the device manual for your brand of car.
2
Watch carefully that the fuel began to flow without bubbles, then you can finish pumping. If the bubbles do not stop, look for a leak. Remember that the engine will start only when the air bubbles in the injection pump will be completely gone.
3
If primer pump is quite weak, or the sealing of the valve, then try to pump air with a simple automotive pump after removing the hose from the injection pump. These actions will create in the tank the pressure that the fuel is pumped and then gets into the fuel pump. Here you will need another adapter, which is tightly closed hose "return". For example, do this with a compressor but be careful not to have inflated the fuel tank.
4
Remove the tubes connected to the injectors. They contain residual air, so to fill them manually rotate the crankshaft or do it with the starter. Don't forget to bring the voltage to the fuel-shutoff valve. To start, try to break through the air by the rotation of the stator without disconnecting the pipes, but this could lead to a complete discharge of the battery, so the tube still better off.
5
After the appearance of a trickle of fuel carefully screw the pipe to its original location. Tidy place of work, close the hood. Remember that this way you will not only easily run the motor, but keep in working condition the battery, fuel pump and starter.
