But what do people who have no time and/or over your favorite rug to the dry cleaners or buy some expensive tool?
As it often happens, in everyday life and the fast pace of life, we have not been able to fully follow such masterpieces. In each house lives a child, or any pet. Naturally, each of them, often leave little surprises, after which a priceless carpet, gets an unpleasant "aroma". And very often, surprises, leaving us and the guests spilled coffee or spilled a glass of wine.
Removing stains from carpets is a time-consuming occupation, so please be patient.
The easiest way of cleaning carpets and removing unpleasant odors is to stand on the street and get knocked out with a carpet beater, and even better after a good wash. But it happens that on the street to take out the carpet not (a lot of heavy furniture or just too much carpet). Therefore, there are several options for cleaning carpets at home.
Before you begin cleansing the carpet, remove all the dirty lumps with a blunt knife and vacuum the carpet thoroughly.
Iodine stains on the carpet
To remove iodine stains from carpet, take a raw potato, grate it finely and place on surface contamination for 5-7 minutes. After 5-7 minutes rinse the spot with cold water and repeat the procedure until the complete disappearance of the spots.
The second option of removing stains of iodine from the carpet is the use of ammonia. 1 teaspoon alcohol, dilute with two glasses of water. Wipe the contaminated area resulting solution. After 10-15 minutes, wash the location with soapy water and a sponge.
Coffee stains on the carpet.
Blot with paper towel the excess liquid. Prepare a solution of 1 teaspoon of any detergent+1 tsp white wine vinegar+1 liter of water. Apply the solution on the stain and leave it for some time before the complete disappearance of the spots. Vacuum clean the carpet.
For removing stains from the carpet will go down and vinegar solution taken in equal proportions.
Remove any other stains from the carpet
Prepare a solution of 0.5 cups of hydrogen peroxide + 2 tablespoons of baking soda. Pour the liquid into a spray bottle and pour the soda. Shake well, to dissolve the soda. Spray the solution onto the stain with a cloth, preferably microfiber, to gently potterythe spot, and again spray the solution. Continue so, until then, until the stain is completely gone. let the carpet air dry on their own. At the end vacuum the carpet.
To clean, to freshen the carpet, and the most important to get rid of smell.
Evenly sprinkle the baking soda on the carpet. Particularly generous in those areas where animals like to sleep or your kids have left a "surprise". Leave the baking soda on the carpet. Thoroughly vacuum the carpet. If the smell remains, try using a larger amount of soda and for a longer period.
