Go to the main menu of your phone, select "Messages", go to "Settings" or "Settings" (depending on your phone model). Next, find the sub-items of "Information message", "operator Message", "Subscribe", etc., Move the check mark from the "on" position to the off position and click OK.

Open the official website of the operator drop-down list at the top of the page, select your region. Then go to "my account" in the upper right corner of the page. You will see a window containing a link to go to the service "Internet assistant", click on it. Log in to this service or if you have no password, use the system to get it (click "Get password" and follow the instructions of the system). After logging in, the "Internet assistant" go to section "Connecting and disconnecting the services." Disable services that are the source of advertising messages (e.g., "MTS-Newspaper", "MTS-news", etc.)

View a list of all connected on your phone newsletters, typing USSD command: *152*2# and press call button. Select the second menu item to view the catalog subscriptions, current subscriptions or cancel them.

Manage your subscriptions under "my account" using the service "My subscriptions".

Call the round-the-clock information and referral service of MTS on number 0890 and ask a question to the operator, tentatively titled your passport data, stated in the contract for service.

Contact the nearest office-office of mobile phone company MTS. To know the location of the offices in your city on the official website of this company by clicking on the links "Help and service" and "immediate cultural stores". Before a personal appeal to the employee in the office don't forget to take your passport.
