Return access to my room, blocking the old SIM card that no one used the account on your mobile phone and get a new card MTS with the old number. Full service off free of charge.

Use Internet-helper, and block the card through the official website of the company of MTS.

Please contact the contact centre of MTS or the nearest shop company and ask them to block your number.

Receive free of charge a new SIM card, while retaining the number, balance and even the services that have been activated. Please contact signature salon-shop of MTS, having at itself the document proving the identity. It can make also your confidant, but in this case, in addition to the identity document you will need more and power of attorney.

If it is not possible to recovered the SIM card from the employees of the showroom, order the service "delivery of the SIM card". There are several types of delivery – economy (within three days - free of charge), "Express" (day – 90 rubles) and "Express" (in four hours – 200 rubles). In the case of on-demand delivery at checkout the amount in the account balance should not be less than the cost of the ordered service. Restored card MTS will be activated within half an hour after receiving the order.
Note
If the contract your card and, consequently, the number MTS phone is locked for non-use or non-payment within six months, to restore service, please contact the store. In this case, the courier service is impossible.

If you found your phone with a SIM card before the arrival of the courier, immediately contact the contact centre of MTS on number 0890 with the mobile phone or (495)766-01-66 from any phone and report the refusal of service. The phone is available.
