According to article 125 of the Labour code, early termination of the vacation can be exercised only with the consent of the employee. Based on this condition, you should get from the working person a positive response, expressed by his signature in the notification. Compose a letter to the employee. Mention the reasons which caused the necessity of his presence in the workplace. Also notice you can specify and end date of leave.

Complete administrative document - order. Please specify the reason (e.g., the need for production), name and position of employee, date of return to work. In document write and the conditions that you agree to perform in a situation, for example, you can prescribe that will provide the unused part of annual leave at any convenient for an employee time or replace it with monetary compensation. Sign the form and give the signature of the worker, then put the seal of the company.

In a personal card of the employee, put a note stating that the vacation was prematurely interrupted. Don't forget to give the order to the accounting for the subsequent calculation of wages and the filling of the timesheet.

Adjust the vacation schedule. Perhaps he will move. You must obtain from the employee a statement that he goes to work. This document is even necessary if there is a signature of the employee on the notice.

Remember that a review can be carried out not in respect of all categories of workers, such as calling from vacation pregnant woman, you risk to run into a heavy fine. This condition with regard to juvenile employees, age pensioners, people with disabilities, and people engaged in work with harmful working conditions.
