You will need
    • Omul with vegetables and cheese:
    • fillet of fish – 1 kg;
    • onion – 350 g;
    • carrots – 350 g;
    • fresh mushrooms – 200 g;
    • hard cheese – 200 g;
    • vegetable oil – 100 g;
    • adjika – 1 tbsp;
    • garlic – 3-4 cloves;
    • sour cream – 450 g;
    • tomato juice is 1.5 tbsp.;
    • lemon – 1 PCs;
    • parsley.
    • Cisco with braised cabbage
    • omul – 500 g;
    • ghee – 2 tbsp;
    • flour – 2 tbsp;
    • cabbage – 800 g;
    • broth – 500 g;
    • tomato paste – 4 tbsp;
    • vegetable oil;
    • carrots – 1 piece;
    • parsley root – 1 piece;
    • onion – 1 piece;
    • salt;
    • greens.
Omul with vegetables and sirenomelia and clean fish, Pat dry with a tissue and separate the fillet from the bones. Cut fillet of fish into pieces of 50 g.
Mix 300 g of sour cream with adzhika sauce, crushed garlic, a teaspoon of lemon juice and a pinch of salt. With this mixture coat the fish pieces and place them in a pot, sprinkling of chopped lemon zest. Fillet should be in the mix for 4 hours.

Pour into a saucepan the tomato juice, put Cisco. Top each piece of fish put the vegetables with the mushrooms, sprinkle with cheese and pour a teaspoon of sour cream. Bake fish in oven at temperature 150-180oC until Golden brown. Place baked fish on a dish and garnish with parsley.

Shred cabbage and place in a saucepan. Onion cut into thin half-rings and put in pan with cabbage. There also add a little vegetable oil, pour half of the sauce and simmer until tender.
Put a thin layer part of the steamed cabbage in the skillet. Put the fried pieces of whitefish, on top of it cover with the remaining cabbage, pour the remnants of the sauce and bake for another 10 minutes. Ready Cisco sprinkle with finely chopped greens. Serve hot. You can serve it with mayonnaise, sour cream or cream, but be aware that the fish itself is very oily.
