You will need

Open the image in the program, make a double layer. On a new layer, remove all the irregularities of the skin, unwanted moles, acne, scratches, wrinkles. Use treating (restoring the brush).

Make one more layer and select among filters "Noise"/"Dust and scratches". Try to change the filter settings to get the perfect soft blur. Do not worry that they have become blurry also eyes in the future they will again be bright. On the same layer, apply the Gaussian blur to provide even greater opacity.

To give the skin the right texture, to make it more realistic and not as smooth, add another filter "Noise/Add noise". Select "Monochrome noise" and paberite optimal value, usually not more than 1%.

To add this layer to the original photos selectively (e.g., only on the skin, leaving the eyes, hair, lips clear), click the bottom of the palette click the "layer Mask". Select the tools "Fill", black color and click the document. The result is a muddy layer that was created during the first steps have to hide.

Now start to add on the photo matte. To do this, choose among brush maximally reduce the hardness (you can also lower the opacity). Additionally if you need to change the color, use settings such as "photo filter", "background Color"/"Saturation", "Color balance".

To see some of the photos made more precise, and the main part to leave a matte, duplicate the middle layer and change the blending mode to "Overlay". Find the filters "Color contrast" and set the appropriate value. If the effect is too strong, reduce the layer opacity.
