Formulate your claim. The statement should clearly set out all the violations that you are asking to eliminate. If you are threatened with dismissal, do not give of their employment contract or voluntarily lengthen working day, specify all these offences the points. If you are referring to additional documents such as an employment contract or a letter of explanation, clear copies of them and attach to the letter.

Find out the address of the labour Inspectorate and the head – that's it, you are addressing the statement. Specify who of the inspectors oversees your area – may be required in the future.

Write a statement. In the upper right corner, specify the addressee – the Inspectorate for labour of the city and the head. Enter your name and address. In a statement outlining the problems. Write coherently and to the point, based on the facts and not giving vent to emotions. Be sure to note that you ask to check out your story and take appropriate remedial action. At the end of the email indicate which documents you enclose to the application, date it and sign.

If the situation you are complaining about relates to the activities of the entire enterprise – for example, the vacation schedule is disrupted or the safety rules – you can specify that ask to inspect anonymously, without specifying who exactly complained. Your request must be taken into account.

Go to the post. Seal the application and copies of documents in an envelope and send by registered letterm with return receipt requested. So you will know when the inspector receives your application.

The complaint will be reviewed within one month. During this time your employer will be visited by the inspector with check. Its results will be issued instructions on elimination of shortcomings within a specified time. In the event violations are found, the labour Inspectorate may, on its behalf to apply to the Prosecutor.

Sending a letter, do not throw away the receipt. It is not excluded that you'll need it – for example, when going to court. After a couple months you will come a letter from the labour Inspectorate, which will indicate that it was able to identify after verification. If necessary, you may contact your inspector and clarify the details of the case.
