You will need
  • For black coffee:
  • - 3/4 of a liter of water;
  • - 50 g of ground natural coffee;
  • - sugar to taste.
  • For coffee in Arabic:
  • - 2 cups of water;
  • - 4 teaspoons of natural coffee;
  • - 4 teaspoons of sugar;
  • - cinnamon.
  • Turkish coffee:
  • - 4 teaspoons of ground coffee;
  • - 2 cups of water;
  • - 4 teaspoons of sugar.
  • For Irish coffee:
  • - whiskey or vodka;
  • - black strong coffee;
  • - sugar;
  • cream.
  • Coffee "India":
  • - 10 tablespoons of ground coffee (without top);
  • - 4 cups of boiling water;
  • - 8 teaspoons of sugar;
  • - 4 cloves knocks;
  • - zest of 1 orange, grated on a fine grater;
  • - the glass of rum;
  • cream to taste.

Black coffee. Pour in the coffee half of coffee, pour boiled water and put on fire. After boiling, boil two or three minutes and add the remaining coffee. Boil two minutes, remove from heat, tightly cover and allow to stand for ten minutes. Strain coffee through sieve into a warmed porcelain pot, which should immediately serve, or pour directly into the heated Cup. Serve the beverage hot.

Coffee in Arabic. Pour into the bottom of a pot (not enamel) a little sugar and put on fire. When the sugar become brown, fill it with water. Bring to a boil and remove the pot from heat. Sprinkle it with finely ground coffee, put back on the heat and bring to a boil. In the Arabian coffee can add a bit of cinnamon.

Coffee in Turkish can be cooked in two ways. Boil water in coffee pot, pour coffee and sugar and put on fire. Bring coffee to a boil, remove from heat and put back on the heat. Bring to a boil again. Repeat this procedure 3 times.

Coffee in Turkish (the second option). Put in Turku coffee and sugar, stir and cover with cold water. Soak for a few minutes and put Turku on a slow fire. As soon as the coffee boils, remove from heat and immediately put on the fire again and boil. Serve Turkish coffee in a cezve, separately put on the table coffee Cup and saucer and a glass of cold boiled water.

Coffee Irish. Fill a thick-walled glass on a stem at 1/3 of the volume of whiskey or vodka, pour hot strong black coffee, without adding to the edge of 2 cm. Add sugar to taste, gently stir and pour the slightly whipped fresh cream, without mixing them with coffee. Put the cream with a teaspoon so that they floated on the surface. Drink the Irish coffee through the cream layer.

Coffee "India". Boil water and pour it ground coffee. Let sit for five minutes and pour into cups. Add to every two teaspoons of sugar, one clove, zest and a little rum. Serve the cream separately.
