If the initiator of translationand is the employer, he should write addressed to the employee offer. If the initiator of this transferand is a worker, then he needs to write an application, which should specify the reason why it is necessary to produce such a procedure.

Make a supplementary agreement to the agreement (contract) with the employee. It specify the conditions of work at the office, which is translation. Pre-familiarize the employee with the instruction. Guide the certification agreement signed by the Director, with the seal of the company. At the conclusion of additional agreements specialist signed it, thereby expressing their acceptance of the terms.
