Note
It is important to know that the change of certain parties to an employment agreement, including the transfer to another job (position) is possible only after agreement has been reached between the parties of the labour contract, except cases stipulated by the law. Change the terms and conditions of the employment contract shall only be issued in written form.
Useful advice
By mutual agreement of the parties, concluded in writing, the employee, in the service of the same employer, may be temporarily reassigned for up to one year.
