Ingredients:
- 50 g of rice;
- 70 g of smoked sausage;
- 150 g mushrooms;
- 200 g flour;
- 1 onion;
- 1 tsp of dry yeast;
- 4 tbsp of mustard oil;
- 100 ml of warm water;
- 2 tsp sugar;
- 1 tsp salt;
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil;
- any greens.
Preparation:
- Red rice, rinsed under running water, put in saucepan, cover with cold water (ratio 1:2.5) and boil until tender, following the directions on the package. Cooked rice remove from heat and cool.
- Sift the flour and put it in a Cup, mimicking the slide and making the slide of his fingers a small indentation. In this deepening pour the yeast, sugar and ½ tsp salt.

- Rice stuffing be divided into two equal parts. One part simply be set aside, and the second part to be joined with the diced sausage and stir until smooth.
