You will need
  • - dates 12 PCs.
  • - 300 g almonds (walnuts or hazelnuts)
  • - 100 g icing sugar
  • - 1 tbsp orange juice
  • orange sugar (or zest)
  • - dark chocolate bar
  • - 200 g of dried pineapple
  • - 100 g dried apricots
  • - 250 ml of liquid honey light shades
  • - coconut

Candy-dates. Wash the figs and clean them from the seeds using a neat cut at the bottom. Chop the nuts to a state of crumbs, mix them with powdered sugar, orange juice and sugar. Stuff the dates with the mixture. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and pour over the dates with a piping bag or syringe.

Other. Stuff the dates with grated chocolate and shortbread, crushed into crumbs. Dip in honey and roll in walnut crumbs or coconut.

Fruit balls. Pour pineapple and apricots with hot water and leave for a few minutes so they are softened. Cut the dried fruits into small pieces or chop in a blender. Pour over boiling water almonds or hazelnuts and remove the skins. Chop the nuts into crumbs, mix with dried fruit and honey. The resulting mixture roll into balls (hands must be wearing gloves) and roll them in chocolate chips, coconut flakes or grated biscuits.

For beauty buy paper baskets and fill them candy. If you want to give candy as a gift, as the packaging you can use an old box of chocolates or a piece of foil, tied with a beautiful ribbon.
