You will need
- drinking milk or cream – 1 Cup
- sugar – 1/2 to 1 Cup
- oatmeal – 2/3 Cup,
- cocoa powder – 2 tablespoons
- butter – 50 grams
- cocoa powder, nuts or coconut for topping.

To prepare toloknyanki "dough", mix in a small thick saucepan the sugar and cocoa powder, then slowly, stirring constantly, pour the warmed milk or cream. On low heat bring to a boil. The sugar should completely dissolve.

Add the hot milk butter and wait until it "gets going", then remove the pan from the heat.

Sprinkle in oatmeal, stirring constantly – this will prevent the formation of lumps. Get the chocolate dough, which at first will seem runny. But as swelling of oatmeal it will thicken, becoming dense and plastic mass. Let the dough cool for a few minutes. Full cooling is not necessary to wait for candy or cakes it is best to make a warm mixture.

For the preparation of sweets made of oatmeal with your hands form the dough into small balls or cones. Can be placed inside chocolates stuffed with nuts, candied fruits or dried fruits. Roll candy in cocoa powder (you can mix it with powdered sugar), coconut flakes or chopped nuts, then place on a platter and place in refrigerator to cool.

Taste of chocolates and cakes of oatmeal can be diversified by adding vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger. If the dessert is for adults – you can flavor the dough, pouring in a couple tablespoons of rum, brandy or other aromatic alcohol.
