Spaghetti sauce from fresh tomatoes and garlic
This sauce is well suited to the usual boiled spaghetti or other pasta. They can also miss the mark a few times for pizza or to do with delicious sandwiches.
Ingredients:
- 1.2 kg of tomatoes;
- a bundle of Basil;
- 6 cloves of garlic;
- olive oil, salt, pepper.
Clean the cloves of garlic, chop it. Pour into the pan about 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil, heat. Put in the pan the garlic, fry until it becomes Golden brown.
Take the fresh tomatoes, slice each one crosswise, scald with boiling water, remove the skin. Put the tomatoes into pan and crush everyone in it with a wooden spoon. Pepper and salt the next sauce to taste. Bring the mass to a boil, strain into a separate container through a sieve, rubbing the tomatoes with a spoon.
The finished sauce back in the pan, byprivate for 5-7 minutes until thick. The finished sauce can be used immediately or freeze it and when needed just to warm up.
The sauce from the tomatoes in their own juice and garlic
This sauce is best suited for pizza. It is very fragrant due to the presence in the recipe of spicy spices. Still it is possible to cook a delicious lasagna.
Ingredients:
- 1 tin of tomatoes (700-800 g);
- 1/2 Cup of grated Parmesan;
- 7 cloves of garlic;
- 2 bulbs;
- 1 tablespoon of honey;
- 1 teaspoon of dried marjoram, oregano, Basil;
- pepper, salt.
Clean the onion, chop it and fry in olive oil until Golden brown. Garlic crush, send to the onions and wait until he let the aroma. As soon as the garlic aroma will spread all over the kitchen, add the tomatoes, previously peeled. Mash the tomatoes directly into the pan. The sauce should be more or less homogeneous, then you can spice it up: add herbs, pepper, salt and a small amount of honey.
Simmer tomato sauce over medium heat until thick. If you want to make a completely homogeneous sauce, then RUB it through a sieve, then again to evaporate excess moisture.
Cheese RUB on a fine grater, sprinkle them with hot sauce, mix thoroughly. All sauce can be lubricated a few times for pizza or to apply to the second dish.
