  • - a bundle of young green garlic — 15 g;

Take only the young green shoots of garlic. They have to be dry and mild.

Wash the greens, chop coarsely with a sharp knife and place in blender. There, place the tomato, not forgetting to cut the stem. Add oil, vinegar, salt.

If you need a sharp taste, then add to taste hot pepper. Whisk all until smooth. Try the result on taste and bring to the desired result by adding a little vinegar and salt. If tomatoes are sweet, the vinegar must pour a little more, but do not overdo it.

A sauce of fresh tomatoes serve, or you can pour it in from a glass jar and store in the fridge. Before serving after storage it is necessary to mix, as after a while it exfoliates.
