Quick cheese cake
This simple but delicious cake can be served for evening tea. If you like sweeter desserts, use sugar cookies. For those who prefer more delicate taste, suitable cake made of Graham crackers.
You will need:
- 400 g soft cheese;

- 1 Cup of sugar;

- 50 g seedless raisins;
2 tbsp of cocoa powder.

Cheese cake with fruits

You will need:
- 200 g of sugar cookies;
- 400 g soft cheese;
- 1 Cup of sugar;
- 100 g of butter;
- 3 tablespoons cherry syrup;
- 3 tablespoons of milk;
- 6 tablespoons of gelatin;
- 200 grams of marmalade;
- canned peaches and cherries.
Shalt biscuits in a mortar. Pour the mixture in a split mold, sprinkle with milk and tamp tightly. Cheese spread with softened butter, add the chopped marmalade. 2 tbsp. gelatin mix with half Cup of warm water. Put the gelatin mixture on the stove and, stirring, wait for complete dissolution of crystals. Slightly cool the mixture and add the cheese. Mix everything carefully. Put cottage cheese over crumbs, smooth the surface.
