How to make cake from biscuit and cheese
You will need:
- 500 g of biscuits;
- 300 g of cottage cheese;
- 1 Cup sour cream;
- 150-170 g of butter;
- 1/2 Cup of sugar;
- 200 ml of milk;
- 100 g of milk chocolate;
2 tbsp raisins.
Mash the butter with the sugar until obtain a homogeneous mass.
In a deep dish, place cheese, then add sour cream and beat with a mixer. Mix this mass with sugar rubbed oil.
Divide the mixture into two equal parts and one of them put the washed raisins.
In a shallow bowl pour the milk and place it for a couple of seconds cookies, then lay the softened biscuits on a flat plate in a square or rectangle (here we must act carefully and quickly so the cookies don't fall apart).
Over the layer of cottage cheese and a creamy mass with raisins.
Then do the same way for another two or three layers. Don't forget every liberally coat with cream.
On top of the cake and its sides, cover the curd mass without raisins, then sprinkle it with grated chocolate.
Put the dessert in 10-15 minutes in the freezer. Cake with biscuits and cheese ready.
How to make a cake out of biscuits and condensed milk
You will need:
- 500 g of biscuits;
- 1 Bank of condensed milk;
- 1 Cup of pistachio nuts;
- 100 g of butter;
- 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds.
Pistachios chop and fry in a pan without oil.
Butter, mix with condensed milk. Crush cookies (not too much).
In a deep bowl combine biscuits, nuts and condensed milk, put the mass on a flat plate in the form of the "anthill" cake and sprinkle with poppy seeds (if you don't like the taste of Maca, you can replace it, for example, grated chocolate or cocoa powder).
Put the dish of dessert in the fridge at least five hours to cookies as it should have a sweet smell of condensed milk.
