Home "Pancho" from ready-made cakes



Ingredients:
- 3 chocolate sponge cake;
- 1/2 Cup of condensed milk (200 g);
- 90 g of powdered sugar;
- 200 g canned pineapple (without fluid);
- 3. 25% of sour cream;
- 50 g dark chocolate;
- 100 g walnuts.

Put sour cream into a large bowl and whisk it with a whisk or with a mixer with condensed milk and sugar, laying them in small portions. Cut the pineapple into small pieces, crush the nuts in a mortar or coffee grinder. Place the cake on a round dish, over cooked it with cream and cover with half the pineapple and nut mass.

Break the remaining biscuit circles into slices, dip them in a sweet sour cream mixture and build the slide, mixing them with fruit 1/2 and 1/4 of nuts on the already prepared base. Fill the cake with remaining frosting, starting from the top, flatten it with the back of a spoon and put the dish in the freezer for 10 minutes. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave and quickly pour them a "Pancho" in the form of thin streams and immediately put the dessert in the fridge until it drip for a few hours.

Cake-meringue from ready-made cakes



Ingredients:
- 6 waffle cakes;
- 4 egg whites;
- 1 tbsp. white sugar and 2 tbsp for caramel;
- 100 g walnuts;
- 250 g of butter;
- 1 Bank of condensed milk (400 g).

Remove the butter for 40 minutes before starting to cook. Mash the whites with sugar until stiff peaks. Spread this mixture all 4 layers, place them on two large baking sheets and dry in oven for 1 hour at 100oC. Chop the nuts and fry them in a hot pan. Add in a bowl the sugar and continue to fry its contents until it melts and turns into caramel. Leave everything on a flat plate and let cool.

Whisk the soft butter with condensed milk. Make a cake-the meringue as follows: spread a little cream on an empty waffle cake, sprinkle it with nuts, cover with meringue shell, again promazhte cream with nuts etc. Complete dessert empty layer, sprinkle rest of the walnuts and cover the butter cream on the sides. Keep it in the fridge over night.

Snack "Napoleon" with smoked salmon



Ingredients:
- 4 layered cake;
- 50 g puff crumbs;
- 200 g salted salmon;
- 200 grams of cheese Philadelphia, Buko, almette or;
- 3 hard-boiled eggs;
- 2 tbsp of mayonnaise;
- 20 g dill.

Cut the salmon into thin slices. Chop eggs, combine them with the mayonnaise and chopped herbs. Assemble the cake, stacking the layers in this order: cake, cream cheese and 1/2 salted fish, cake, eggs, onion, crust, Philadelphia and salmon cake. Leave some cheese for the top promazyvanija snacks and decorate puff crumbs.
